The house has 3 rooms and a well sized living/ kitchen area that is heated by a fireplace and heat pump. There is plenty of wood and the house itself is well furnished. You will need to furnish your room.

I own the property and my existing flatmate Barb is sadly moving out as her working visa is expiring so I will be advertising another room in addition to this one. I am easy going and social. In my spare time I enjoy getting into the outdoors be it mountain biking, diving, fishing or skiing. I also enjoy working on projects around the house and you will often find me in the garage with a beer in my hand. I appreciate flatmates who enjoy hanging out in the evenings, sharing food or having a drink and playing a game. Happy to have a couple in the room and can negotiate room price. Also happy to have a postgrad student and would consider someone with a pet.
