Parkstone Avenue

Located in Ilam, close to the uni and teachers College. House newly renovated with everything supplied apart from bedsheets and blankets. Off street parking avaliable. Have one of two rooms available, one is larger with a large window that gets the morning sun on the second floor, but no wardrobe. The other room is on the ground floor, doesn’t get the same amount of sun but has a wardrobe and is slightly smaller. Currently have one used as an office but am willing to swap depending on what one the new tenant prefers

Current tenants are very quiet, mostly spend time in their rooms and never have parties/are loud. All of working/studying age and enjoy living in a safe and quiet house
