Rebekah's room

Hey guys, so I’m currently looking for a short term person to rent out one of my big rooms (3 month starter but if works out well can be longer) The room has its own closet and it’s own door to outside. There will also be a lock on your door so kids can not enter. $180 including power and net. I can consider a couple for $230. Don’t worry about cups or plates ect and I’m happy to provide coffee and sugar. The property is fully fenced (front yard not pictured). You can park up drive but garage currently unavailable for a short time while last person moves out.

I’m a 28 year old female who’s a stay at home mother. I’m an introvert so I’m either in my room or I’m not home. My youngest goes to preschool during the week and my oldest only comes on the weekends. I like to watch a movie and have a wine or two. I don’t mind smokers but outside only. We already have a cat.
