** Two double bedrooms available in modern house **

Flat located in Waiwhetu with sunny back deck, two toilets, modern bathroom and kitchen. Free street parking and one off street park available. There will be a cat living in the property so unfortunately no other pets allowed.

Both rooms are $225 per week and have double glazed windows. Larger room has a single wardrobe and the slightly smaller room has a double wardrobe.

I am 25 and working as a full time professional in the city centre.
