My amazing long-term boarder has decided to start a new journey, so Iām now looking for someone new to take over this lovely space from the first week of May.
The arrangement will begin with a 3-month trial, with the intention of becoming long-term if itās the right fit for both of us.
āØ About the space: ā¢ Fully furnished studio ā includes TV, lounge, queen bed, dining suite ā¢ Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave & cooking utensils ā¢ Brand new bathroom, toilet & washing machine ā¢ Private, comfortable and low-maintenance living
š² Rent: $400 per week (negotiable for the right person) Includes: ā¢ Water ā¢ WiFi ā¢ Rubbish ā¢ Power (to be reviewed based on usage, but likely included š¤)
š° Move-in costs: ā¢ 2 weeks bond ā¢ 2 weeks rent in advance ā¢ Deposit required to secure the room
š Parking: ā¢ Off-street parking available for 1 vehicle only

š Process: As I am currently overseas, we will start with a video call. I can then arrange for someone to show you through the property in person. I also have videos available to share in the meantime š
