My amazing long-term boarder has decided to start a new journey, so I’m now looking for someone new to take over this lovely space from the first week of May.

The arrangement will begin with a 3-month trial, with the intention of becoming long-term if it’s the right fit for both of us.

✨ About the space: • Fully furnished studio – includes TV, lounge, queen bed, dining suite • Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave & cooking utensils • Brand new bathroom, toilet & washing machine • Private, comfortable and low-maintenance living

💲 Rent: $400 per week (negotiable for the right person) Includes: • Water • WiFi • Rubbish • Power (to be reviewed based on usage, but likely included 🤞)

💰 Move-in costs: • 2 weeks bond • 2 weeks rent in advance • Deposit required to secure the room

🚗 Parking: • Off-street parking available for 1 vehicle only

🙋‍♀️ Looking for someone who is: • Working full-time (essential) • Quiet, respectful & reliable • Clean and private • Non-smoker

🚫 Not suitable for couples, children, or pets

📞 Process: As I am currently overseas, we will start with a video call. I can then arrange for someone to show you through the property in person. I also have videos available to share in the meantime 😊
