👀 Looking for a clean & tidy, working, reliable, quiet, down to earth flatmate in Papamoa (near opal drive) to share with 1 x 41 y/o female.
🙋♀️ About me… I work from home at times and have 1 beautiful fluffy mature cat. I enjoy living in a peaceful private home.
🛌 Furnished room (queen bed and side tables) with double wardrobe with shelf.
💲WHAT’S THE RENT $250 per week
2 weeks rent in advance, rent paid weekly thereafter.
💰 WHAT’S THE BOND $500
🧾 ADDITIONAL COSTS Reasonable use utilities will be electricity, water, gas, rubbish internet etc @ $30 per week.
You will be responsible for your own food, toiletries, laundry detergent etc.
📆 WHEN CAN YOU MOVE IN Available from Monday 6th May
🌞 Great sunny outdoor area with large deck, new carpets, semi social but not a party house.
🌊 Close to the beach and Papamoa Plaza.
Sorry no pets or couples.
