🛌 Furnished room (queen bed and side tables) with double wardrobe with shelf.
💲WHAT’S THE RENT $250 per week
2 weeks rent in advance, rent paid weekly thereafter.
💰 WHAT’S THE BOND $500
🧾 ADDITIONAL COSTS Reasonable use utilities will be electricity, water, gas, rubbish internet etc @ $30 per week. If the electrcity bill is high, there will be an extra charge
You will be responsible for your own food, toiletries, laundry detergent etc.
📆 WHEN CAN YOU MOVE IN Available from 1st December 2026
🌞 Great sunny outdoor area with large deck, new carpets, semi social but not a party house.
🌊 Close to the beach and Papamoa Plaza.
Sorry no pets or couples.
