You would share 2 bathrooms, laundry, large kitchen, main dining and main lounge, so its almost like your own flat, with a bit of sharing. The area has a heat pump, carpet and drapes, and outside BBQ area and deck. Has basic furnishings, but can accomodate anything you want to bring - your own bed would be great. Rent $400 per week, includes domestic power use ( not charging your EV), internet and shared household expenses - you provide your own food and personal items.
