I would like my new flatmate to be a woman, and vaccinated for Covid.

Utilities included in rent. Food not included in rent. 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom home. For $10 extra a week I will do the cleaning.

Property has security cameras and fully fenced with secure gate. You will have a remote for the gate.

The room can be furnished by negotiation. The rest of the house is fully furnished but can make room for a certain amount of furniture, also negotiable on getting rid of some of mine if yours is better. Some storage available. Insulation is up to code.

There is also room for a desk in the area off the lounge (previously the dining area) if you require space for gaming, studying or to work from home. I seldom use the lounge and have my own workspace at the other end of the house. I have Unlimited “Gigantic Fibre” through slingshot (included in rent) and I am happy to run a network cable under the house to your setup if required.

My mum lives on the property in her own unit, but is respectful of tenant privacy.

Please note I have 4 cats, but they are allowed outside so the house doesn’t smell.

I am the owner of the property. I am 39yo woman. I work full time.

I am a homebody and spend most of my time at home. I would describe myself as an ambivert rather than a straight up introvert, so I can be social but tend to spend the lions share of my time alone.

I have 4 cats - 1 of them spends most of her time outside and doesn’t trust anyone - the other 3 come and go as they please and are friendly when they get to know you. I am friendly and tidy..
