You’ll have your own space separate from the house in a sleepout. The best part is that it feels like an independent space (the worst part is the trip inside to the loo). The room looks like a little cabin, with juuust enough room for a double mattress in the mezzanine, leaving the bottom open (definitely room for a couch, desk, jug etc).

Toilet, bathroom and kitchen are inside the house. It’s a shared bathroom, but you’ll have priority of use.

Food to be arranged (cook your own, or shared dinners).

Easy four minute walk to the beach, in Papamoa Beach, on a quiet street close to bus routes. Close to the Plaza, Pak n Save etc.

We are an active family of 5. We are looking for an independent person who is happy to share our home with three giggly (but respectful) young girls (ages 3-9).

Our evenings are important to us, so during the evening the house is our space, and your spacious room is yours. Use the house as you need to, but most evenings please respect our need for family and spouse time.

This is our family home, so we are definitely looking for someone we can trust, who leads a non-party lifestyle. We are Christian. We like people who aren’t, though :)
But you’d have to be ok with us talking openly with our kids in our home.
