This cute house features a large open plan living area and kitchen. The house is really sunny and comfortable, warms up nice in winter and cools easily in summer with French doors that open up to a a deck with an expansive lawn.

The room comes with a freestanding wardrobe (as pictured) and there are plenty of other storage spaces within the house for towels and linens.

Current flatmates and two girls who are 22/23, both work full-time and are often out of the house during the evenings. The ideal flatmate will be someone who is clean, friendly, and loves a wee chat and a couple of drinks in the weekend and is between the ages of (22-27)
