Maddison's room

Hi looking for someone to immediatly join our 4 bedroom flat that currently has 1 female 3 males and a puppy. The room is medium size room, big enough to easily fit queen bed, draws and possibly a desk as well. This room includes off street car park and half a double garage so plenty of storage space. The room is $160 and $25 for utilities a week, to move in its 2 weeks rent in advance and $320 for bond. We are ideally looking for a mature female to balance the flat out but would consider the right male, this person must be a full time worker. The main areas of the house are fully furnished with good entertaining areas. We are located 5 minutes drive to massey and 7 minutes drive to city centre with a bus stop right outside the house. There is also a mini shopping village and park right across the road and less than 5 minute walk to hokowhitu village.

We love to come home to a tidy house, we are a social flat but not a party house. There are currently three males and 1 female living at the flat. We also have a labrador puppy that lives there as well.
