Furnished single room in a four bedroom house with two bathrooms one bathroom has a shower over bath and the other one is catered for disabled (wet floor, handles) The room has a desk, king single bed,tv, bedside table, a chest of drawers and in built wardrobe. Living in this house is a young working male in his mid twenties, a young lady in her early twenties and I in the mid fifties. We also have a very friendly labrador. At the back there is a big sunny veranda. The house is friendly wheelchair access. The rent is $160 per week plus Power, unlimited wifi and gas which will get divided in between us four. You buy your own food. The street is nice and quiet, lots of off street parking. This is not a party house, we don’t really drink. If you are a smoker you can do so outside. We are five minutes away from either Northland O Bishopdale mall, five minutes walk from the bus stop
