We have 1 large bedroom available in our large house in west Auckland. Together we’ll share a large living, dining and kitchen, a large beautifully renovated bathroom and 2 toilets.
Location: We are located at the border of Ranui where Henderson and Swanson are about 3 - 5 min walk away. With handy access to the the beautiful west coast, famous for its surfing waves and glittering black sand, with the closest beach just 15 minutes drive away. Our home is located on a Col De Sac and is 350m to a bus stop, while 1.7km to nearest train station which is about 15 minutes walk.
Amenities: We are 5-10minutes drive from Lincoln road (depending on where you go) which around is dotted with multiple supermarkets, diverse shops and restaurants, cafes, stadiums and all sorts of amenities you may need. Just a 10 minute drive away is the West city mall, more options of varying shops, amenities, restaurants, cafes and movie theatre; Henderson mega centre, swimming pools, fitness centres, and much more.
Costs Per Week: Small Bedroom upstairs - $165 for the room + $35 expenses*. (available after 3rd May)
Large Bedroom upstairs - $200 for the room + $35 expenses*. (available after 3rd May)
*Expenses $35 per week: Covering you from head to toe expect your food, blankets & personal necessities. The expenses will cover electricity, water, internet, rubbish, general cleaning stuff, shared cooking & eating equipments etc.
Note: Bedrooms are not furnished, but can be furnished at your request at $10 per week for furniture hire.
Move in cost: 1 week in advance + expenses Bond: 3 weeks rent

A couple in 30s, a student in her 20s, 4 adorable kittens & 3 very sweet cats who is friendly and affectionate. Our crew (kittens & cats included) are cute, playful, fluffy, warm, considerate and on the quiet side.
