We have 1 large bedroom available in our large house in west Auckland. Together we’ll share a large living, dining and kitchen, a large beautifully renovated bathroom and 2 toilets.
Location: We are located at the border between the suburbs of Ranui, Henderson and Swanson. With handy access to the the beautiful west coast, famous for its surfing waves and glittering black sand, with the closest beach just 15 minutes drive away. Our home is located on a Col De Sac and is 350m to a bus stop, while 1.7km to nearest train station which is about 20 minutes walk.
Amenities: We are 5-10minutes drive from Lincoln road (depending on where you go) which around is dotted with multiple supermarkets, diverse shops and restaurants, cafes, stadiums and all sorts of amenities you may need. Just a 10 minute drive away is the West city mall, more options of varying shops, amenities, restaurants, cafes and movie theatre; Henderson mega centre, swimming pools, fitness centres, and much more.
Costs Per Week: Small Bedroom upstairs - $165 for the room + $35 expenses* Medium Bedroom downstairs - $180 for the room + $35 expenses* Large Bedroom upstairs - $205 for the room + $35 expenses*
Other Optional Costs (per week): Optional: $20 cleaning duties of the shared space Optional: $10-15 bedroom furnished
*Expenses $35 per week: Covering you from head to toe expect your food, blankets & personal necessities. The expenses will cover electricity, water, internet, rubbish, general cleaning stuff, shared cooking & eating equipments etc.
Note: Bedrooms are not furnished, but can be furnished at your request. All the bedrooms can fit double beds and a desk. Medium sized room and large room can fit more.
Move in cost: One week in advance + expenses & optional add ons. Bond: 3 weeks rent

The house consists of my partner and I, in our mid to late 30s; we are relaxed, open minded, and we love cooking, food, fitness, health, movies, music, board games, reading hikes, dancing. We also have a very cute and friendly cat, Mischief, who loves people and pats. If you do like cats he will enjoy pats from you 😄
