2 bedroom unit avaliable for rent from mid-late January. Perfect for, individuals, couples or a small family (maximum 3 people). House comes with a carport, garden shed and plenty of on street parking. The unit is located in the heart of Devonport, only a 10minute walk to the ferry building and the shops.

The current tenant has been living here for 4 years and will be moving out on the 2nd of February- viewings will be after this date. The photos are not up to date as there has been renovations completed since. Will upload updated photos shortly.
