Good sized room, nicely painted in two toned cheerful colours with queen size bed and linen provided, even towels. Has an HRV system and an inlet to room so room gets nice fresh filtered air. Nice simple all in one bathroom featuring heated towel rail and power points. Two bedroom rectangular shaped house, lounge with dining and kitchen area. Share with owner. Very convenient location, walking distance to Manurewa Train Station, Manurewa town centre including New World supermarket, doctors, dentist and library, even to Manukau Super Clinic if you’re into longer walking. Shared driveway with wonderful & harmonious pet friendly neighbours. Off street parking is available in front of carport 90% of the time. There might be the occassinal, temporary street parking. However, co ordination on access with myself/neighbour is easily done. Being pet friendly is a must. I have most kitchen appliances, which I’m happy for you to carefully use. The exception being no dishwasher machine.

I am an easy going guy who likes my peaceful home and space. I am looking to replace my long time boarder. I am a non smoker and “social drinker” at meal times and I’d prefer you were. But if you’re a non drinker - that’s fine too as is any religion with food preferences . I don’t mind visitors. Ideally you should be of a tidy nature, considerate, good communicator and pet friendly, with no bad personal habits. Although I’ve stated the tenure being 3-18 months, this could be reviewed and extended.
