Kia ora, I am looking for a flatmate to take over a room in my three bedroom house. You will be flatting with myself and another 29 year old young professional female.
The house is based in Wainuiomata with spacious living and outdoor area.
The room comes furnished and has a built in wardrobe/drawers and gets all day sun ☀️

Rent is $220 per week. Power and wifi are split evenly (approx $20-$27 a week) Bond: $440
