Cute, refurbished house with a nice back garden and spacious living area. The room itself is not furnished, has space enough for a single bed, drawers, and a desk. Or a double bed (with a little less wiggle room). We have a double garage with plenty of room for storage. We already have a fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, table, seating etc… I have gym equipment in the garage too that I’m happy to share.

Internet is $32 a month, which includes 1000mb download / 1000mb upload speeds. Wifi coverage is very good throughout the house so no issues there.

Electricity is generally around $30-45 a month each, which can vary, but for the most part we don’t use the heat pump, and are transparent about heater usage. Neither of us smoke.

Once the lease expires in Feb, it’ll just be me (male) and my sister renting the property. We both hail from the UK, work full time, mid 20s, and are pretty quiet for the most part. I enjoy my fair share of gaming and cooking, while my sister likes to do crochet and chill out.

Ideally looking for someone who is easy going, moderately tidy, and won’t be making a racket at 3am, haha.
