I have 2 empty bedrooms for rent, 1 single and 1 double. Good for students or working people who are either vegetarian or eat white meat only, quiet area, right across the road from local dairy. Bus stop, petrol station, super clinic and shopping outlets just around the corner, 2 parkings available. No drinking or smoking inside house. Garage is set up to accommodate those who like to have friends over for a few quiet drinks every now and then. Food is not included in rent.

I have a 1yr old daughter who is at daycare from 7.30am and 5.30pm. We don’t allow red meat in the house due to my daughter’s culture. We are not over the top when it comes to cleaning but we like a tidy house. I’m a pretty chill person, My daughter is friendly, loves to play and can be a little loud when she’s frustrated or upset, but that’s hardly ever. All I ask is that new boarders be mindful about being quiet at night time once my daughter is settled in bed
