Roxanna's room

We have secured this beauty of a home in Northcote & are looking for 2 flatmates. Open to a couple taking both rooms. 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a beautiful outdoor area. $175 a week for each room, $25 a week expenses. Big rooms with wardrobes! Rooms are unfurnished, but the rest of the house is sorted. Plenty of off-street parking & the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other & any guests. Both rooms available 7th March but can negotiate a bit sooner for the right people. Bond is 4 weeks rent + first week rent. Viewings will begin from 1st March 😊

We are couple in our early 30’s both working - one in I.T. & the other in social work. One of us will be working from home so we have our room, an office & a spare room for friends/family to stay a night or two if they’re visiting. We love a good movie night, road trip & dinner out. Sociable but also love our own space. We will be getting a few cats as well so loving cats is a must! No other pets allowed.

Ideal flatmates will be similar age, working full time, fully vaxxed & are wanting to make this their home. People who pay rent on time & are clean & tidy a must!
