Kelly's room

Double room available with walk in wardrobe. Can be furnished as picture or unfurnished. Room is at other end of hallway from my son and my rooms. Spare room also in the middle for guests. Main bathroom to yourself as I have an en-suite that my son also uses. House is 1 year old. Deck being completed at present. Front fence just gone up since photos. Off street parking available. Price includes all bills. Only food on top.

Live with myself (female 41) and my son (10) in our home (I have shared care with his dad). Two small dogs and a cat. I work locally full time.
