One bedroom available for rent in our 3 bedroom home in Cromwell.

The home has spacious living areas - inside and out and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has lots of space to cook & prepare meals and comes with a gas stove. The room can come with (or without) a queen bed and has a build in double wardrobe.

Rent includes fibre internet, power, gas, water, toilet paper and washing powder. There is plenty of of street parking.

Looking for a non smoker/vaper and no pets please

My boyfriend and I own the home and are 27/26 years old. I work in Queenstown and my boyfriend works at a Cherry Orchard.

We are quiet and usually do our own thing but are also down for a chat. We love the odd glass of wine and having friends over for dinner too. We are tidy humans and looking for someone with a similar mindset.
