This is a big 3 bedroom house in Addington - I’m looking to rent out the two main bedrooms and stay on the property in the smaller room.

It has a warm fire and a heat pump for winter, the bedrooms are really big. Bathroom, roofing and insolation has been recently upgraded.

The section is huge and it is private with large trees surrounding the property. Awesome place to live and work/study.

About the roomies

I recently purchased the house and I am keen on sharing the place with you! I enjoying getting outdoors, diving, hiking/tramping and traveling around Nz when I’m not working. Being social and positive is a must - fully vaccinated people are preferable. Couples and students are fine - there is some negotiation around price to get the balance of the flat right.
