Lulubell's room

Looking for someone to board with me and my partner. Room comes with a bed. But most welcome to bring own as these slat beds are so uncomfortable 🙃. Rent for 1 person is $180 plus 1 weeks in advance. Move in cost $360. For a couple is $250 plus 1 weeks advance. Move in cost $500. Includes power and wifi. Must buy own food. Due to having asthma and suffer from allergies, unfortunately we can’t have pets on property. Also must be working as well.

Just a couple living in a 3 bedroom house. Socialable drinkers and smoke outside. We easy going people who work and are house proud.
