Caitlin's room

Currently have a room available in Whanganui east.Room has just been done up, new gib, curtains, wardrobe ect.. could easily fit a queen bed. Good location, close to town and kowhai park can be seen from our backyard.

Would prefer if the new flatmate was similar in age, we are all early 20’s and also would prefer if the new flatmate was working full time. We have a 1 year old german shepherd who is very friendly. Rent covers everything expect food cost. There is a bond of 3 weeks rent in advanced
