Board offered in quiet sunny 4 bedroom home in great area close to river walkway, buses and Awapuni shops. Friendly and social but not a party house. Fully furnished with a comfy double bed available if required. Bath and shower with Seperate toilet. Access to sunny deck and big back yard with shared vege garden. Fully filtered water, HRV, Heat pump, rubbish removal.

We’re a retired couple who like to travel so are rarely home and don’t stay in the house when we are so you would just be sharing with our other boarder who is a single mum mid twenties easy going with a delightful well behaved 4 year old daughter whose security and stability is a priority. Everyone pitches in to keep things clean and tidy and utility costs are shared. Plenty of off street parking.
