Hi , I have one large double room for rent , the area is very quiet . My house is situated up a cul de sac , it has plenty of parking . It’s also reasonably close to town .

I currently reside there on my own . I work full time, I’m pretty quiet and usually go out at the weekends to catch up with mates , or sometimes just chill at home . I’m looking for a person that also works full time and is reasonably quiet and respectful etc.
