~ Shirley, Located behind the palms shopping centre (2 minute walk) opposite Shirley golf course. This is ideal as there is an abundance of off street parking.

~ 10-12 minute drive to city centre.

~ Two 21 year olds (myself and my wife) and our 6 month old baby girl. You must be happy to live with a baby to move in here, she’s a really chilly baby 🙂 And our other flatmate a fun middle aged female full time worker.

~ Room measured to fit a queen bed with a bedside table beside it facing either way (not just the way in photo). Or a single bed with a large desk and drawers as another option (current flatmates setup).

~ The room available has a double wardrobe which you can just barely see in the photo.

~ Love the odd drinks and good time, however not a party flat at all especially with the addition of our wee one. 2 of us is a full time student. The other is a full time worker.

~ No dogs, sorry.
