We have a room available for rent to share with two easy going working professionals, both female. This is not a party flat, it is tidy, friendly and comfortable.

The room is available from Tues 19th April. If you’ve moved in before 28th April, rent’s free up until then.

There is a double bed, coffee table and bookcases in the room or these can be removed if you don’t need it. Room has a built in wardrobe.

The property owner is friendly and comfortable with cats being in the property. Currently, there is a cat here so not suitable for dogs.

House is fully set up with living room furniture, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine and dryer. Large backyard that gets a lot of sun.

The house is located in Redwood, close to Northlands and plenty of other shopping centres and supermarkets.

There is parking for 2 cars down the drive and the double garage is going to be available in a couple of weeks.
