Looking for someone to take on a room at the property in Feilding. The room is available ASAP as the previous flatmate fell through.

Two rooms are available, both of similar size and you will have the choice of which one you would like. One room gets better sun, particularly in the afternoon but has no wardrobe. The other has a built-in wardrobe (of sorts) but doesn’t get as much sun. All rooms are equipped with an individual heat pump. Comes unfurnished.

The house is a big 4 bedroom old villa. Newly updated kitchen complete with 6 burner gas hobs, an oversize oven and state of the art dishwasher. spacious living area with large flatscreen TV and wood burner. House also has a built-in heat transfer/ventilation system and outdoor entertainment area (although it’s a bit windy in winter).

Off-street parking, power, high-speed fibre with google mesh, rubbish and recycling, lawnmowing and a fortnightly cleaner (although she is unwell at the moment) are all included in the rent.

Please be aware the house is currently being renovated. There will be tradesmen coming into the house over the next 6 months and overhauling all the bathrooms and bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has already been renovated.

No pets please - there is already a cat at the house
