2 females are looking for another female to join their spacious villa style house in Melling.

Please note that this is short term only, as you will need to vacate the property by October due to Melling Riverlink.

I am seeking a new housemate for my friend as I will be looking to move out in the next few months. Ideally vegan/vegetarian but happy to consider housemates who don’t mind cooking meat outside.

Currently the rent will be $187 per week (+bills) and then once I move out, the rent will increase to $280 per week (+bills)
1 weeks bond required.

Our house backs the Hutt River with easy access. 10 minutes walk to either Western Hutt or Melling train station. 5 minutes drive to Petone/Lower Hutt. Bus 110/83 is a 10 minute walk away.

We own two cats.

We are both two female professionals who enjoy nature, camping & tramping. We have lived in this property for around three years
