A room has become available in our lovely three bedroom home in Springfield. Our home is close to the golf course and the mountain biking and walking tracks in waipa, ideal location for Rotorua! Rent is $210 per week, inclusive of essential household items. Power and internet bills are split monthly between all flatmates. The room has a single wardrobe and fits a queen bed, bedside table and drawers or a small desk. Also has built in shelves. The current flatmate who is moving out needs to sell her bed so this can be included at an extra one off cost. Parking is available on road at the end of a cul-de-sac. Super safe and right outside the house.

Currently 2 professional females in their mid-late 20s live here, who are quiet, tidy, friendly and easy-going. Ideally after someone similar to move into our home.
