Can be set up to be self contained (bar bathroom). Room for fridge/microwave/kettle etc. Not a party house or 420 friendly. Outside smokers ok. Cctv cameras for extra safety. Must be animal friendly. Ideal occupant : working, looking for own, quiet space. Pays all bills on time. Respectful other’s space. Willing to help out around the place (lawns, clean bathroom etc).

Working full-time professional. Also three competitive dogs and cats live here. There is possibility of another cat, fish, bird ok sorry no more dogs. Away in weekend frequently. Good sense of humor and open minded. Quiet although happy to socialise occasionally.
