Rao's room

It’s a 3 bedroom house with a landscaped garden. Owner occupies the master bedroom with an ensuite. Main bathroom gets shared by 2 persons including the new roomie. Reasonable usage of internet, electricity, gas and cleaning supplies are covered in the rent.

Owner in his early sixties is semi-retired. One room is occupied by a girl in her mid twenties and is working full-time. We are looking for someone that’s responsible, tidy and cleans after themselves. There’s a senior cat on the property and other pets can’t be accommodated. Both occupants are vegetarian and as such we are looking for a vegetarian please.
