Mangapapa Road

A large room or a smaller room to choose from or maybe you have a child or need an office open to negotiating.. Great central location on a quiet street (not Mangapapa Rd btw). The house is very original and has loads of character. The house is insulated and warm. There are sunny decks and a great garden and lawn areas it is fully fenced and very private. Also a fire pit outside and a barbie, if someone wants to bring a caravan onto the property this could work as well there is an outside loo.

I am an artist, retired counsellor. I am in my 50’s I don’t drink or smoke, I am fairly social I like dinners/barbies etc but overall I guess pretty quiet.. I only do part time work so I am often home. But the house is big enough to not get in each others way. I have a dog and a cat so more animals is not likely to work although a female cat possibly might be ok..
