Edie's room

We have just secured a lovely 3 bedroom property, that has endless views across Lyttelton harbor. The first floor is made up of an open living and kitchen area, which opens up onto a private decking area (awesome sun trap!) and a wrap-around balcony. Log burner fire is also included in the living area.

The second floor has three double bedrooms, all close in similar size, and you will be able to select a room with a built-in wardrobe or a room without. The bathroom has a good-sized and modern bath, with a separate standing shower and vanity. The toilet is separate.

Parking: There is the option of using the garage (it’s a huge double garage with internal access through the house on the ground floor), with 2 additional parking spaces on the drive, or, parking on the street (a very quiet road).

The room comes completely unfurnished, so this will be somewhere you can make your own space.

Edie- 27 year old, originally from the UK, and works full-time as a secondary teacher. I am definitely the cook of the two of us! Freya- 20 years old and works in a dog shelter full-time.

We are ideally looking for someone who likes the social side of flatting, but also appreciates times when people like their own down-time. We both enjoy hiking and sharing TV shows, and are not looking for a party household.
