Looking for a couple to rent a double room in a newly built, warm, and homely household in Yaldhurst.

The house is nicely placed in central Yaldhurst but still a quiet part. It is connected to both state highway -1 and motorway 73.

The whole house including the rooms double glazed and well insulated.

The bedroom can come fully furnished too with a queen bed, mattress, table lamp, and bedside cabinet if wanted for an extra $10/Week.

The room has a lot of space with a wardrobe.

The tenant will have the privacy of having a separate bathroom/toilet which will only be shared with guests.

The rent is $280+expenses to cover Netflix/amazon/ youtube, internet, gas, and power.

We start work very early in the morning and are not a party house.

The house has a wee Vege patch which could be used by tenants to grow small scrubs/herbs.

The house has also an outdoor area for BBQ.

Off-street parking is available. House only has a garage, and we use it as storage.

15-min drive to the central city. 5- min drives to the airport.

For application will need two previous references, plus a three bond and a week in advance rent.
