The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom (with separate toilet) renovated villa located on the cusp of Waltham/Sydenham. The property is fully fenced, on street parking available. The room available can fit up to a king bed and come with wardrobes. The home is fully furnished and has a heat pump and log burner

There will be 3 other flatmates (2 females, 1 male) plus a small black Labrador. Bills are split equally monthly and are around $20 per week. The move in date is fairly flexible so if you need to move in earlier or stay later thats no worry at all. We are looking for someone around the same age who is tidy, respectful and enjoy a bevy in the weekend.
