Do you want to live in a sunny house 2 minutes walk from the beach? Come join me in New Brighton!

It’s a big 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Your room is a sunny double room with a big built in wardrobe. The whole house is fully furnished except for your bedroom. You pretty much have your own massive bathroom as I have my own and the third bedroom is a guest room.

The house has a big kitchen, a courtyard, a vege garden, and is a new build. Rent is $200 per week excluding expenses (e.g. wifi, power). No pets or smokers.

I’m looking for someone (preferably mid 20s to mid 30s) who is working, clean and tidy, fun and friendly, and who wants to live in an awesome up and coming area. New Brighton has a cool pier, a supermarket, a library, a Saturday morning market, hot pools, and plenty more.

When you message me, please tell me about yourself and what you’re looking for in a flat (and any reference if you have them). I can then send you photos of the house. We can then jump on a call or grab a coffee and see if we’d be a good fit!

You’ll be sharing the house with me, a working professional in my late 20s. I am clean and tidy and enjoy going for walks, drinking coffee, and soaking up the sunshine.
