1 furnished room available ,queen bed … in large modern fully furnished double glazed warm, cosy home. Close to all amenities in Cambridge & expressway on-ramps , 10 min walk to nearest grocery shop & cafes .

I have my own room & ensuite bathroom at the other end of the house & you would have shared use ( with 1 other 30 yr old female)of the family size bathroom with bath ,shower & sep toilet .

There is access to Cambridge green belt @ end of street which is ideal for walking/ running et .

I am a 50 plus female working full time in the horticultural industry.

Other roomie is 30 year old paramedic from Gold Coast Aussie.

Would suit 1 quiet living ( not a party house) girl that is working full time ,has independent lifestyle , sorts own meals ,is clean tidy & helpful with a little housework from time to time etc Must love dogs as I have one border collie who kind of runs the house sometimes 😂. The dog is super friendly . Also have small cute young cat , Marli 😊 😊 friendly , relaxed place to live with beautiful private garden outlook a Lovely home with great easy going atmosphere.
