Room is located in a rural setting on the Cambridge town border opposite the st kilda subdivision. Easy access to shops, cafes, expressway whilst retaining a beautiful country outlook . The room is fully furnished with drawers, double wardrobe,queen bed & side table. There is one other girl staying in this wing of the house who you would share the bathroom with . There is a small lounge , tv room that is for the exclusive use of yourself & the other girl staying there . My partner & I share the other wing of the house which has its own bathroom lounge etc . The kitchen , dining, family room is a communal space for all to use but we eat out mostly so never gets overcrowded & is a large spacious area with plenty of fridge, pantry, drawer space for you to use. Looking for a quiet ( tidy, respectful ) female in 20s, 30s wanting a room for 6 months to one year ideally . We have had young women/girls from Europe/ USA / Australia staying here on working holidays & they have been delighted with the set up we provide . Hobbiton workers mostly as 20 min country drive from here. However happy to consider other options etc.
Mature outgoing couple in 60s who spend a lot of time out & about walking dog, hiking, visiting etc. spend the odd movie night in in our sep lounge @ other end of home. Other young girl in the area you share is from UK/NZ & is working in the local horse industry here in camb. We are all independent busy but easy going types who are looking for similar to share etc .
