Looking for tidy and respectful female to fill room in warm, modern and spacious flat available in Lincoln from July 2022. The room was originally a second lounge so more than ample space available. Has sliding door that opens onto backyard/patio area that gets afternoon sun. Plenty of extra storage space for bikes/ski gear etc. in garage and garden shed. 10-15min walk to uni and 10min to New World. Also very close to the bus stop and handy to the township. Will be living with four females aged 21-25 who are studying/working. We are not a party flat but do enjoy the odd outing and social nights. Shared cooking available if wanted.
