Emily's room

This is a gorgeous double bedroom with a built in wardrobe with lots of storage space. It’s currently being used as our office and we can comfortably fit 3 large desks with room to spare so you’ll definitely have plenty room. The space has 2 large windows that see sunlight all day. It’s at the back of the house so it extremely quiet and private. The house has generous living areas. Our HRV system means that the house is dry and warm.

There are currently 3 boys living in the house. They’re all very tidy, respectful and social. They are all outdoorsy - they love spending time rock climbing, playing computer games, the odd beer. They’re great cooks - you can expect fresh bread and baking as they experiment in the kitchen.
