House is expansive (over 300sqm) and sits over 3 layers, perfectly located on the lower port hills. It’s a truly brilliant location, in 3 mins you can walk along the river, surrounded by walking tracks. In 5 mins you can start walking up Huntsbury to the port hills. It’s a ten minute drive to be in the city centre. It’s also a 4 min walk to the Orbiter bus line. There’s a great set of shops at the end of the lane with doctor, pharmacy, takeaways, a pub. Epic sunset views especially over the city to the mountains. Kitchenette downstairs as well as full kitchen, movie room, sunny decks, off-street parking options, garden. 5 bedroom house with 4 currently occupied. House has 2 bathrooms as well as 2 seperate toilets so there’s loads of options. Most bedrooms open out to the sunny deck downstairs which is amazing for afternoon sun. We also have workout equipment in the garage. Also I have 2 super sweet dogs on a part-time arrangement and they love cuddles so ideally it’s good if you like dogs. House is situated up a quiet lane, so being respectful of neighbours is important. 1 x furnished, sunny room with opening doors out on the deck and direct access to the bathroom available. High quality Superking bed and quality linen provided as well as TV in room with Netflix and other subscriptions available. This room is $220 per week.

I own the property - I work from home and am in my late 30s. I also travel for work as well so there will be periods where I will be away. I am well travelled and enjoy meeting people from around the world. The place is big enough so that there’s plenty of space for privacy or social time - you can be as private or social as you wish. We often have a glass of wine in the evenings together but it isn’t a party house. We are tidy, quiet and respectful but will often watch a movie or have a drink or communal meal. I have two dogs on a part-time basis, they’re super cute and love cuddles and my current flatmates adore them. I’m looking for responsible flatmates who would ensure that when they dogs are here, the gates are shut etc. The place would best suit a professional or student working/studying 9-5.
