2 rooms available 1 with balcony drawers & built in robe other has built in wardrobe. Less then 5min walk to Riccarton Mall, KFC, Public transport & all the food Riccarton Road has to offer. House is furnished but we have room for some extra stuff if you have. Room is unfurnished.

flat is currently Husband & Wife, we own our own business so we are there 6 days a week. Love being creative, music, staying active & chilling in front of the TV when we are not working. We are easy going and like to keep a clean space. We are definately cool with noise & the odd drink but we mostly keep it pretty low key.
