3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Double bedroom has become available in Roslyn. Our home is warm with a gas heater, heat transfer system, ventilation fan, and double glazing in the common areas. You would be living with a female (late 20s) and male (early 50s). We are quiet but friendly and enjoy a chat and sharing a meal. We like to share the cleaning equally. There is also one cat who lives here called Ferocious. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. Rent covers flat essentials, rubbish bin, and fortnightly lawn mowing. Power/internet is extra and split monthly. We have free power 9pm-12pm. Please be able to provide a reference for our landlord.
