Sunny double bedroom available on a quiet street in Roslyn. House has a gas heater, ventilation, heat transfer system, infinity hot water, and dishwasher. Rent includes fortnightly lawn mowing, rubbish collection, and flat essentials. Additional costs includes internet and power/gas split equally at the end of the month. House is fully furnished except for your room. We are looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and willing to do their fair share of the cleaning. Landlord wants to check references so you must be able to provide this.
