About the room
Meremere street is just over the Wainui hill so only a 5-10 minute drive from the house to Hutt central.
It’s a 2 bedroom home that I have recently purchased on my own so I am looking for someone (or a couple - price would be 250) to stay in the second room.
The room has a wardrobe and is big enough to fit a queen bed comfortably with space. It’s currently unfurnished but this is something I can discuss.
The house is warm, tidy and quiet. It has a heat pump, shower/bath and seperate toilet. Has a washing machine, dryer, and a clothes line too. There is a big TV and couches in the lounge too.
About the roomies
I’m a 22 year old female who works shift work and spends a lot of time at the gym so I’m rarely hanging around home.
I’m tidy, relaxed and social.
If you are active that would be a bonus as the house is just by the Wainui hill so occasional walks up there would be nice too!
