Newly built in 2022 with double-glazing, efficient heating, cooling and ventilation. Rent includes (reasonable use of) power, water, internet and rubbish collection saving you around $100 per week - compared to a normal rental.

Rent a room in one of two houses or a whole sleep-out. Sleep-outs have their own living area. One sleep-out has 1 bedroom, the other has 2 bedrooms.

Your private room or sleep-out has its own ensuite, washer-dryer, built-in wardrobe and lock. They can be left furnished or bring-your-own (same rent price).

Kitchen, dining and kitchen are shared (fully furnished). However, if at times you don’t feel like socialising, your ensuite bench is big enough for your own jug/toaster/mini-fridge/coffee-machine.

Rent advertised is for a single inside a house with an allocated off-street car park.

Notes: Landlord lives in a third house on the same property. Smoking/vaping outside only. Not suitable for children sorry.

6 or 12 month tenancies offered.

Other people - likely similar to you - will be renting the other rooms. There will be a maximum (including you) of 5 people per household - sharing the kitchen/dining/lounge.
