Tom's room

Recently purchased property. I cover all the bills, water power gas and internet. All 3 beds are king or queen,mattresses brand new. 3 bedroom house. No one lives there at this moment. I live half of time here and half of the time in Mt Roskill. Just renting 1 room out.

I’m a male, full time real estate agent. my ethnicity is Asian half of the time I work from home, half in office. It’s a 3 bedroom house but i am only renting one room out. the third room is my office. No pets. No smokers. Must be clean and tidy.
