Bedroom: Choice of single or queen bed, linen can be provided. ETHERNET CONNECTION IN ROOM FOR GAMERS - FIBRE CONNECTION WiFi throughout house. Personal use of Netflix account plus Sky connection. Share with one female musician who works silently in small studio. I do have a friendly dog and cat. Professional or tradie preferred. Lawns are professionally cut on a regular basis and house cleaner comes in twice a week. I basically work at music during the day and chill in the evenings. Sometimes, I do need to work at night to meet overseas deadlines, but always silently. Quality karaoke gear available in lounge. Good sized garage that has space for a personal gym for those so inclined! Free produce from garden when in season.
